The Mina Hidalgo region, located just an hour from Monterrey, is a captivating desert landscape framed by mountains and dormant volcanoes. This sparsely populated area is rich in history, legends, and myths, offering an inspiring blend of natural beauty and cultural depth. Its proximity to the Sierra Madre adds to its allure, making it one of my favorite subjects to capture in my paintings.
